Denis J Devos M.Eng P.Eng Fellow of the ASQ

Denis Devos is a recognized expert in the application and auditing of Management System Standards.  Denis is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality and for the past 20 years, he has been servicing clients (primarily in the automotive industry) with customized training and support  

Denis began his research into the ISO 9001:1987 standard in 1992 and led the first ISO 9001 implementation of any General Motors plant in North America.  Denis' unique approach to risk-based QMS auditing has been proven effective over years of implementation and is published in the proceedings of several ASQ conferences.

A variety of sectors benefit from Denis' expertise including the automotive industry, financial services, box-board and plastic packaging, food and beverage, and healthcare.

Richard C. Hill

Richard Hill offers our telecommunications industry clients management systems consultation and auditing.  His practice areas include TL 9000, ESD S20.00 and ISO/IEC 17025.  Richard worked for 20 years in the software industry and 11 in the telecommunications sector, where he spent 7 years implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems for that industry.

Richard is a senior member of the ASQ, and is an RABQSA certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a QuEST Forum certified TL 9000 auditor and expert.   He has extensive experience auditing and training in the telecommunications industry.

Mark A. Morris CRE CQE CQA Fellow of the ASQ

Mark A. Morris is an ASQ Fellow, with more than 30 years of experience in tooling and manufacturing. Morris is also a skilled Machinist, toolmaker, college instructor, technical writer and quality professional. He has held positions from Quality Engineer to Director of Continuous Improvement. His experience is primarily comprised of quality engineering, dimensional tolerancing, reliability and maintainability, and quality management systems.  

Mr. Morris' credentials include an undergraduate degree in manufacturing engineering, and a Master of Education degree from the College of Technology at Bowling Green State University. Morris also has a Senior Level Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Professional (GDTP) certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

Michael Giguere

Mike Giguere brings a wealth of industry and professional service expertise to our clients.  In 1994, Mike was one of the five senior managers that launched KPMG Quality Registrar and helped to build the registrar into the largest QS-9000 registrar in the country. 

Mike's extensive involvement with Management System Auditing and problem solving has honed the skills necessary to efficiently analyze an operation and identify barriers to success.  Our clients continuously provide very positive feedback on his ability to train and mentor others, identify fundamental improvement opportunities, and bring real value to their organizations.
